2008 310 with twin Seacore 350's

Im in the process of purchasing a 2008 310 sundancer, as long as the survey and sea trial are ok. The boat has Twin 350 mag Seacore engines. Im not too familiar with seacore. I was just trying to find some more info on these engines, and keep getting conflicting info that maybe some one can clear up or pint me in the right direction.
Does this mean the Rises/Manifolds should be good for the life of the boat even if running in salt water? Is the maintenance any different then non-seacore engines?

Seacore is a package from the factory, It comes with heater exchanges ( fresh water cooled ) and the drivers are treated inside and outside with a corrosion resistance material.
