2008 230 Sundeck Instrument panel

I've got several bad switches and a bad gauge. This would be no problem except I can't figure out how to get access to behind the panels. There aren't any screws on the visible portion and it's seemingly impossible to reach from behind. Do they pull off from the front like car door panels? What's the secret?

My 260 gauge panel just pops off.
