2007 Sea ray 185 sport aft seat coolers.

Sorry i am a bit confused man.
Would you like these made?
My photos are in the thread showing the coolers.

If you would like a set made, then we are starting on them tomorrow.

As i said, payment is fine once you get them, even if i have to wait a week for payment after you get them. I will be hacving you send the money directly to lazydaze in the usa whois a member here.

We have a lot of work on at the moment and all cooolers are white but you have reqwuested blue so this is a custom order and we need to start on them tomorrow for you so you can have blue ones.

Again, i guarantee them, if you dont want them someone else in the states will and i will just ask you post them to lazydaze if you dont want them.

Please just understand a custom order for a side gig to a busy business is not something we can just put on hold. We have made room to make them tomorrow.

I just need you to confirm that you want navy blue ones.

These are finberglassed coolers with gelcoat on them. It does not get much better than that

What do you mean before and after photos? You are asking before what and after what?

If you search the threads for coolers you will see photos of someone who gave instructions showing how they did it. Before it is a flat bench with a outline. You cut around that outline about an inch from it and then you put the coolers in and screw the lip onto that inch you saved

Hello Skydiving195SPer,
I'm new to this forum (first post) because of this thread for aft coolers. I am looking for a set for my 2006 Sport 195. I am in the US (upstate NY). Any way you can put me in touch with the right folks to buy a set in plain old white? Is it LaxyDave? LazyDaze? I've seen both... Many thanks!

I have seen many old post for aft port and stbd seat coolers/ storage bins. Where can I find these and who has them the cheapest. Thanks everyone.

Have not been here in a while due to family issues but noticed this on long in and thought I would let you know i can get them but they are not cheap. See what else you find and if nothing then I can get some to you from here in Australia

Resurrecting an old thread, but I'm curious if anyone has any information regarding the availability of this item, and could point me in the right direction. Local Marine max dealer states they're no longer available.

Have you found these anywhere?

I can hook these up. Place I had do all my work took a mould from the absolute last one I could find on planet earth that any sea ray dealer had access to. However they cost a fortune. I can't remember if it's $500 AUD for 1 or for both. So about $350 USD either for each or for both. You got to realise he has to make them and paint them and add holes and plugs and whatever that padding to keep ice in them cool. The problem is that seeing we could only buy one, that we could only make one mold so the hole will face one way on one of them and the opposite on the other but the pipe still puts water in same direction. This is because inside the bins they have an angle for the drainage and then a groove for where it drains.
Either way they look good and do the job perfectly.
You'd be looking at shipping on top.

I'll be straight with you, for a guy whose super busy running this place that is a main insurance preferred repairer and has contracts to repair all the waverunners that are brand new and damaged in shipping from overseas to here in Australia, to ask him to build any of these is a pain in the backside for him and he would only do it as a favour to me so the price is the price. Maybe I mentioned the price in one of my other posts. There won't be a discount for multiple orders because he has to make each one at a time and the price I agreed on with him was because I spent a fortune with him and then invested with him and then have become close friends with him. Here in Australia, the work he would have to do is time consuming and takes away from much bigger jobs he is full with and the more he has ordered the more time consuming it is for him and the more money he looses at this price. This is one of the most expensive places on earth to live. A pack of 30 smokes costs $60. You can't buy a freestanding 2 bedroom house for less than 1 million dollars and that's an hour's drive from the central city. Living in a home for 1 million dollars in this place would be living in a 100 year old house that freezing cold with rotting everything. I'm not exaggerating. The reason I'm writing all this is because I know to Americans that this is a high price and I want you to know that the reason I don't sit in these forums and try actively selling them at this price is because it's expensive for the buyer and even at this price it's expensive for the builder to give these the time of day. It might be easier if I was to organise someone in the USA who can work with fibreglass and wants to build these things to buy the mould off me and do it for those wanting them. However these are impossible to find I know that first hand as I know I got the absolute last one from sea ray and they said the new company making them was selling them at a much higher price as well. So if anyone wants them, let me know and I'll wait 3 weeks to see how many want them and then ask my guy if he will make them still at the prices we originally agreed he would make for forum members which I'm sure he will keep any agreement we made and I'll of course try cheaper but I just don't know how that will go down.
In the meantime I'll ask him the price again to clarify if I hadn't written it down here in the forum's. One thing is that the AUD rate has gotten worse so probably cheaper for USD buyers.

I haven't used my boat more than once since I got new bucket seats for this boat as I've had a few years of the worst medical issues for myself and for others around me. I won't get into it here but I am just now starting to take a look at getting my boat back in the water and getting my life back together again. It's been a few years.

In all honesty, if lazydave is still around and he wanted to do something about taking orders and payments for these and working as an escrow or even if he wanted to take the mould and get them built to order himself then I'd be all about doing what I can for this guy as he looked after me big time before everything went pear shaped for mine and family member health issues.

It really sucks how these boats didn't come with them standard and that so many people can never get them. The same is with seats now. So I'll also say I have two brand new white bucket seats that I paid $500 USD for and over $500 USD to ship them to Australia . The very next day I paid for these, lazydave found some brand new seats in my colour so I paid it all over again to get those.
I would absolutley love to swap these impossible to find white seats with grey trim, for a bench seat in the yellow and grey (actually it's named blue rather than grey) and white double or even one piece BENCH seat. And I'm also looking for sunpads either in that colour or just the base of them. Even just the base of the bench seats with no upholstery would be helpful. If anyone can help with any of these things then I'm willing to do whatever I can with my seats or even me paying for the ice bins.

So please make a mental note I'm looking for the yellow port sunbed hatch or even the base of that hatch plus the bench seat or even the base of the bench seat.

They have a upholstery kit at greatlakes but I don't know if those covers would fit my 195 sport because their names and numbers are always messed up.
I'd even be very keen on that yellow but I can find that upholstery, but the grey which they call Alicante blue or something? I'd love this upholstery if possible anyone?

On another note I loaned my boat out to a neighbour and then they came back late at night to my door and told me there was a issue and the boat is left at the wharf. I get to the wharf and the steering was broken, the trailer bearings (two) were stuffed so I had to get that sorted and get it home myself after having someone change bearings and then find steering and change steering. I was told they would flush the motor while I was in hospital the next week and they obviously didn't because I went to use it 5 months later and it was locked up. So I had to pay to unlock it then for oil pump and some other wheel on the motor and other things. They cost me thousands. The very next day after leaving boat at marina they asked if they could borrow my two wave runners. They were worth $6k each and I said no and made sure they knew I was giving them away for free to someone I didn't even know. They offered me 2k for them and I said thanks but I wanted to give them to someone who couldn't afford them for them to enjoy as they will look after them and appreciate them more. They couldn't believe what they were hearing but I'm not someone who wants conflict with neighbours so I shoved it to them my own way.

Anyway, this is just my way of updating a few of you to what's been going on as I haven't been here for years and had some really big help from a couple of people.

But in regards to the ice bins,. Please post messages here in this thread and I'll check back because the private message box seems like there is a bit there and I'll just stick to this thread.

If anyone can help with what I'm looking for would be awesome too
