Anybody know where the amps are located? i found one behind the rear center cushion of the port couch. Book says I have another for the cockpit/bridge. Any ideas where it might be?

Thanks,
Bennett

Bennett, I think mine is in the TV console. I’ll check with another buddy who has been through his entire system, he’ll know for sure.

That would be great! I just found a smaller second one behind the right hand cushion. In checking out the big one, there is a green “power” light that is not lit up. Can you ask him as well if it should be lit/

Thanks,

Both amps are behind the sofa backs. The big one is for the outdoor speakers and should be in the center. The small power boaster amp is on the right and is for the indoor speakers. The lights should be on yes. You can control them for the switch under your TV that is labeled cockpit and saloon if I remember right. That switch that turns sound on and off is turning your amps on and off and that is how is controls the sound. I just replaced both of mine last week and also had to run a new RCA cable as one of the amps had a bad humming at times.

Want to add they are very easy to test. Red wire will be 12 volts all the time, black wire is ground and the blue wire is the switched wire that 12 volts gets turned on and off. The rest are your speaker wires and then the 2 RCA cables on the other side.
