before I bought a new ECM I would pull a couple injectors just to be sure they are spraying a good patern of fuel while cranking the engine....I know you replaced the injectors and I know you checked the fuel pressure at the rail and I know the injectors are getting some level of power to them....but if the fuel is not coming out of the injectors all that doesn't matter....if the injectors are not spraying or spraying a weak pattern then I would agree that it may be time to look at the ECM....
