Can anyone advise how the factory installed LC TV is mounted so as to be removed? I cannot locate any screws and/or access to any screws. Also, I've tried lifting, pulling down and twisting the TV off the bracket without any success. The Glomex appears to be a digital antenna receiver but it equally appears the TV is not configured for a digital TV signal. The TV appears to work fine. I need to either replace the TV and/or somehow set up to display digital TV signals. Someone suggested installing Apple TV but that still requires dismounting the TV and would require a constant internet connection. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

You must first remove the cowling that surrounds the tv. Carefully (emphasize Carefully) cut off the 4 plastic "buttons" (one on each corner) and remove and disconnect the light switch. Once the buttons are removed, there are 4 phillips head screws holding the cowling onto the bulkhead. Remove the bottom screws first. With the cowling off, there are 2 screws that holding the tv bracket to the bulkhead bracket. Remove these, disconnect all cables, and lift up to remove tv. Having another body is helpful as these things weigh more than they look. I'll look to see if I can find some pictures.

wow that's a lot. Is there any easy way to get the current TV to display digital stations? The TV works fine. It appears it is not set to display digital TV.

You need a digital converter box. The TV is not a HDTV most likely.

I figured that as much so the biggest issue is where to connect it without having to take the entire wall apart to get at the TV. Any suggestions?
