2006 240SD Bow cushions

New to the site but have enjoyed reading thru forums. We purchased our second Sea Ray (had a weekender) and love the expanded room for friends. The stitching on the port side back rest in the bow has started to go. Before we put the boat away for the winter, I would like to remove the cushion and have it repaired. I saw and removed the two screws but the back does not want to lift up. It almost looks like it is held in place from behind the panel in the head. Any help or suggestion will be most appreciated.

Can you reach under the seat and get to it? If not, it's through the bathroom wall.

Unfortunately, unable to reach under the seat. most probable access I guess is thru the bathroom wall. Thanks for the reply. Had already suspected this but hesitated to pull the wall until some kind of confirmation. As to the bow cover, thanks but no need. Mine is still in great shape. Is the bathroom wall in place with push-in style fasteners? It would make the most sense. ANyway, thanks again.
