2005 Searay 340, lost engine com fault

Hi.
A friend of mine bought a 2005 Searay 340 with mercruiser 8.1.
He gets this code code from time to time: lost engine com.
Engine shuts off to a second and than comes back to life.
He cleaned all grounds, all connectors, and the battery is good.
Did anyone had that code? Or how to solve it?
