Hi has anyone worked on the door track or rollers. any advice where to start

Flounder pounder has they parts. You will need new trucks and probably tracks.

Before disassembling anything I would try a really good cleaning (vacuum, degreaser like simple green with tooth brush, etc)and lubrication with a waterproof silicone. It's amazing how much junk get caught up in there.

Also check if your door dragging at the top. Mine seems to have sagged downward over time and is dragging along the top edge. I am still looking to find a better fix for that. I have tried those furniture sliders but they seem to come loose over time.

If all that fails I would approach parts replacement.

Yes - I have found a thorough cleaning is key. Otherwise it starts catching.

Ours warped and sagged. There wasn't much new trucks or tracks would do to correct it because the issue is the door. One idea was to cut a piece of starboard and use it as a spacer under the rails. I heard nightmares of trying to get to screws, etc. I abandoned that idea.

I took the trucks out and by using course thread screws created a way to 'lift' the door section up off the trucks on the top and bottom guide rail. This allowed me to raise the bellied section of the door high enough to prevent it from dragging. I had to re-align the door latch assembly to line back up. It's going on it's third season working fine.
