2005 280DA volvo penta KAD300 diesel not planning

My boat has single diesel 285hp volvo penta inline 6 cyl and goes on plan 2800-3000 rpm and runs 18-22 knots with 2people nearly full fuel full water and 50kg gear. But when we are more then two people on board the engine does not pass 2800 rpm also I put more chain 50 meters comes 50 kgs to down the bow and 3 people sitting on v-berth does not help to exceed 2800rpm. the engine in 1600 rpm opens kompressor and turbo opens at 2500 I guess there is a problem of turbo.

Adding 100 lbs of chain couldn't have that much effect.
Were you able to turn 3800 rpm's with the boat fully loaded prior to the problem?
Boat's bottom is clean?

The KAD300 is high-revving electronic diesel and I don't have a clue how a supercharged AND turbocharged diesel operates. There's a few knowledgeable (far more than I) diesel guys on this board, but I doubt they're going to be able to help with this one.

I checked Boatdiesel.com (an EXCELLENT) diesel board, and could find very little discussion on this engine. You've got a lot of money tied up in that beast so I wouldn't screw around with it when it's not right- I'd get a Volvo tech on board...

My boat's hull is clean it is only 2,5months on the sea. I applied international primecon and 2coat interspeed ultra anti fouling and osculati outdrive spray antifouling to the stern drive props and trim tabs.
If me my wife and 2,5 years old daughter are on board with full fuel and full water tank engine rev comes to 3800-4000 like a V-8 gas engine and cruises about 33-35 knots when the camper canvas is not on, when on goes about 31-32 knots no matter what is the sea condition.
Also when we are 7 seven adults and one kid on board with quarter fuel and full water tank there is again no problem. I think when I fullfill the fuel and 5-6 people boats stern deeply goes down so when the engine rev reaches 2500 kompressor ends and turbo starts (while the drive agnle is maximum down position -5 and trim tabs full open to bow down) turbo is choking.
