Thought I'd recount what happened to us yesterday in hopes someone else comes along and needs some direction.

Cruising down the river on plane, had what seemed like a 1/2 second of warning beep then engine shut down. No power to any gauges(which after checking had frozen at their positions when lost power) and smartcraft LCD blank. Had power to crank engine but wouldn't run, all electric pumps and blowers functioned fine. Check the usual fuses in the cooler storage area in front of the helm, all check good. Engine main 50A breaker was still set.

Got towed back to the ramp, came home and spent the rest of evening in the garage checking connections and voltages. Found that had power past the main circuit breaker but not to fuel pump or to the correct ECU pins. Searched online and found very little about this particular situation. Finally had someone in the SeaRay FB group suggest looking for mini fuses on the engine.

In this application, mounted very near the ECM are two relays and what I originally thought was the diagnostic port. You guessed it, not the diagnostic port but under the cover are three(3) 20A mini blade-type fuses. The center one which I believe to be fuel pump relay power is blown. Headed out to get some fuses this morning. If this isn't the fix, I'll report back.

Bigger question is what caused it to blow. Failing pump, relay, or chaffed wire

That is the question to be sure, during my search for cause I didn't turn up any chafed wiring or evidence of arcing. Relay tested fine but of course that could still cause issues in a hot engine compartment and under continuous load. Hoping it's not a fuel pump going, probably bench test that this week time permitting.
