2004 sea ray amber jack

I am currently considering purchasing the 2004 sea ray amber jack. It only has 60 hours on the engine and seems like a good buy at around $80k. Any thoughts or recommendations? I have a wife and three children (11,16 and 17) seems like the right boat.

Sundancers have more cabin room but the amber Jack seems better if you do a lot of fishing. Search this site because I have seen pro and cons on the Amber Jack's handling of rough water.
