2004 340DA cabin speakers removal

Anyone know how to replace the cabin speakers behind the cloth in the ceiling? Does the entire vinyl panel need to be removed?? If so any tips on how to remove

If its like mine I believe the speaker cloth is attached to a frame that is pressed/velcro'd into the ceiling opening.

So the cloth itself will pull out? It feels in there. Didnt want to pull too hard thanks
