2003 Freshwater 50DA White Hull

I have the above boat that had a submersion in fresh water this winter. It is undergoing a complete restoration at this time. We hope to have it back in the water and most kinks worked out in May. My particular question is what will be a fair asking price to list it at.

The following has been done.

Engines are running, and turbos rebuilt on both engines.
Onan Gen set is being rebuilt by an authorized Onan dealer.
All Electric panels are being replaced, along with all switches.
All TV's, DVD players, and Bose systems have been replaced.
All mattresses were replaced with New HMC versions.
The interior cleaned by a preservation company.
All foam replaced in all cushions.
Air conditioners serviced and or replaced.

I plan on listing it later this summer.

How did it sink and how long was it under?

Moisture readings on hull?

Hull is free and clear of moisture. The interior has been restored and all readings are under 10% moisture content inside. All circuit breakers have been replaced, and all outlets replaced as well. Gennie being rebuilt now, and the mold/mildew remediation/documentation is due back next week. Been a real learning experience, but am having a good time hunting down hard to find parts. Mattresses were were upgraded, all linens and pillow replaced also.

Went down in very cold fresh water.
