Buyer did sea trial on May 6 and it took till now to close! He can wash it!

My contract with broker at White Lake Moorings has been canceled, can't say he made much effort to sell my boat.

I don't know yet, would like to try because there is more wiggle room for offers and I have more time in fall winter to show the boat.
I found a nice 42DA and would like to unload mine fast.

Prob a little high on the price is why it didn't move. We have 05' here selling for less than your asking price you may need to adjust it again good luck

I don't think your to far off,....we purchased our 06 320 DA in Oct. of 2013.
Purchased through an individual, we felt good, and were told by the local S.R. Dealer that we did not steal it but got a good buy at $89.5.

Selling my parents 290 Amberjack. It did sell cheaper than I thought it should. That being said, the surveyor on their boat (last week) said he was super busy. People are starting to buy boats again. Hang in there, it will eventually sell. Personally I wanted a 320 Sundancer with green canvas and the full camper enclosure when we were looking. That makes your boat stand out. It is hard to get buyers motivated in today's market. On my parents boat we dropped the price to the buyer of all the cost of winterizing, slip renewal and new bottom paint. That seemed to motivate the buyer. My parents were out the money either way.

As you know ours if for sale also. I agree you are priced right. I have had zero bites, just a few sniffs. I'm not going to start to get excited until February. good luck to both of us.

I am leaving room for negotiations and offers but we still enjoy what we have so we sit and wait. Also this gives me time to tinker on it over the long MIA winters.

I think that is a pretty aggressive price. My 05 sold for 92k in May. Had 350 mag, vdrives, a gennie, camper and newer garmin with radar.
