Me again... is this a big deal repair or simple? Glue? Xmas Tree clips?

I have the same exact problem in my 2002, I’ve been trying to figure out a solution myself. Please post something here if you do come up with something..

No, there are Xmas tree clips that are pulled out and broken, so not like I can just replace the clips. The panel has to be repaired then re-clipped. Its a large panel so not gonna mess with it. If I buy this boat I will have an upholstery repair person handle it.
