2002 480 db vacuflush access?

I have a 2002 480 db. The vacuflush Is not creating vacuum it just runs all the time and won't flush. I plan on doing duckbills. My issue is it seems to be right behind the stbd cat diesel with very limited access. What's the best method to get to it

I have repaired several of these in the 480 and they are not easy access. My suggestion would be to pull both hoses if possible and remove the whole unit. Also doing that will let you get access to the bellows to check them. It is not always just a matter of duck bills, could be the bowl seals or the bellows also.
