Hi all, just signed a deal on a 2002 amberjack with 8.1 horizons. Anyone have some input on this vessel.
 
I might be biased, but it's a great boat! The 8.1's are quite solid, but you want to ensure that the exhaust manifolds are keeping the dry side dry and the wet side wet. Is it a salt water boat or fresh water?
 
It has 425 hrs on motors, but I plan to change the manifolds , the boat has been in brackish water for the past 10 years. I’m also looking for the aft L shape seat if you know anyone who want to part with one?
