2001 Sundancer 260 cockpit bolster/upholstery removal?!?!?

Need to get all the exterior cushions off the boat, but i cant find a single write-up, how-to, DIY anywhere on the web, or on this site. I have searched HIGH and LO. Anyone have any tips on how these things are mounted?!?! Basically im removing every padded cushion in the cockpit area.

Patience. I took apart the back seatrest a couple of weeks ago. You have to remove the panels in the transom locker to get to the bolts that hold it in. The ones closer to the cabin door are even more of a pain. You will have to remove the ceiling panels in order to get to the bolts that hold them in. Good luck and have fun.
