2001 Sedan Bridge planing speed / RPM?

Hi, guys -

Looking at a 2001 Sedan Bridge (400 DB) and trying to find performance info, like planing speed vs RPM, etc. Will it plane at 2250 cruise RPM running 350 HP Cat 3126TAs?

Wondering if I need more power - 400 plus? New to diesels - seems to be a very narrow RPM range. Perhaps this just isn't their thing?

Mike, if you are looking for a great 400DB I must recommend a 2000 that is berthed at Willow Berm. It is better than new and I know the couple that bought it new and maintain it fantastically. If I had the scratch available I would buy it myself!

It is listed by Delta Yacht Sales and the name is Nordic Strummer.

I know the boat. Looked at it a few weeks ago. It's in very nice condition. However, it's a toss-up between it and a 2001 with bigger, 3126 TA Cats, vs. the 3116's in the boat you mentioned.

Looking for the most power I can find. I want it to plane at cruise RPM...
