DESCRIPTION: *****Click the Description Text at bottom for Pics*****
This is not your run of the mill Sea Ray Amberjack. A repower completed in 2016 with twinMerCruiser 425 HO 8.2L is only the beginning. With more power and more efficient motors than any other Amberjack on the market, she has zero issue going wherever you want to go. Paired with the 425's are a set of electronic throttles making shifting a clunk free affair. The underwater exhaust (which was completed with the guidance of Sea Ray) makes her virtually silent and alleviates the smell from a typical transom exit exhaust.
With the motors, the generator was also replaced with a 2016 Westerbeke 5.0 with 250 hours on her. Also low emission with anti vibration mounts, the only way to tell if she is running is to feel the cold AC blowing.

The cabin was completely refinished with a Fat cherry mica, making her look like a much newer model.

2016 was a big year for Boss Sea, as she also received a full JL Audio system with speakers and sub powered by a Clarion head unit with bluetooth. At this time, the Autopilot and Garmin GPS were replaced as well.

The outriggers and thru hull hoses were replaced as well in 2016.

She features brand new eisenglass in March of 2019 and new canvas throughout in 2016.

Since January 2019, she has received new bottom paint and propspeed in April, brand new Manifolds and Risers in May along with the sea strainers and poppet valves as well. All of the work was done at Cable Marine.

I have every receipt for all work
completed.

Holy Crap! That thing is awesome! One of my Favorite Sea Ray Models of all time along with the big brother 37EC

thanks! Sad to see it go especially with all the work done we had a lot of fun with it but time to get in to the 40+ level!

I've contemplated converting my exhaust to underwater. Did you use SeaRay brass underwater exhaust fittings or some other aftermarket product? There was another 340 Amberjack on the East Coast that went with underwater exhaust as well and used brass exhaust fittings.

Post some picture! Just one question.. Any reason why the manifolds were replaced after only 3 years?

Hello sorry for the late reply!!! Ok Jimmy, I used the searay fittings for the underwater exhaust and they work great got them online I think from a searay reseller.

the manifolds had a little time left but I knew the boat was going up for sale so I thought I would avoid any issues...the boat was used 4 years and had a bit more left, they are the catalytic low emission engines so those manifolds get pretty hot. I'm sure if I had a flushing system set up I would have gotten a few more years
