2000's interior welting.

There are a few places on the interior panels on our 2002 340da, that the "welting" has come unfolded or slipped out. It is not sewn but maybe glued into place. Anyone have a good procedure of repairing or replacing?

Glue them back up. I use 3m trim adhesive yellow, but be careful to clean up. Once hard, you aren't separating the glue from the fabric. In a spot or two, the side fabric had shrunk a bit, so I had a local upholstery guy make bigger replacements. You wouldn't notice unless I pointed it out to you.
