2000 searay sundancer 260 full throttle 24mph

I just noticed this the other day at 3000 rpm my boat is at 15 to 17 mph. and at full throttle is at 24 to 25 at about 4300 4500 rpm. it did not do that before. I have only had the boat a few weeks. any help would be appreciated.

I have 2002 280 Sundancer, did same thing couple yrs back, new spark plugs and fuel filter fixed mine.
