2000 340 DA Props / RPM / speed question

I am looking into maybe changing props. I have a 2000 340 Sundancer with 454 MPI 310 HP. Right now I went wide open and my max RPM is 4650 and top speed is 30 MPH. This is with just me and over a 1/4, less than 1/2 tank of fuel. Bottom was pretty clean, was a slight head wind. Tabs made no difference. I know the sticker on the motors says 4000-4400. I remember during the summer I was getting 4850 RPM. Can anyone with the same set up tell me their RPM & speed?

As far as new props, 3 or 4 blade? Right now I have 17x15 3 blade.
