2000 185 BR with no serious maintenance history

I am a newbie and just bought a 2000 SR 185 BR with the 4.3 engine . Looks and runs great. 274 hours. My problem is I have no maintenance history other than a couple of oil/filter changes in the past two years. Having just moved cross country and bought a place on the water in Chattanooga I am not in a position to immediately do all the stuff that should have been done over the years Any suggestions for prtiortizing the work?

1. Check your bellows! If bad, they can sink a boat at the dock. Parts~$100
2. Change outdrive oil. ~$10
3. Change water separating fuel filter ~$7
4. Change exhaust manifolds and risers. Parts~$500
5. Tune up. ~$50

What do I look for on the bellows?

Had a co-worker find his boat sunk at his lake place dock, yep it was the bellows.

No personal expertise, but cracking, tears, making sure it's snug to it's surfaces would be what i would look for.

Just bought my boat and had the outdrive aligned as part of the conditions, anyone know if the bellows get pulled for that operation?
