Sorry if this is answered somewhere already. I searched but couldn't find anything. Being a newbie to boating, I probably used the wrong terminology in my search.
I was here about a year ago, planning to buy a used Sea Ray, but I had unexpected costly expense that made me hold off a bit. I'm back inthe hunt, and I am looking at a 2000 180 bowrider. My question is if that year/model still used wood in the floor, stringers, and transom? With all the nightmares I hear about boats rotting out, I want to go wood-less if possible. I am also looking at a 2006 Seaswirl, which I understand has no wood in its structure.
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks.
