OMFG! Putting together the video is gonna take a massive editing effort! So many fantastic shots. Greatest are the candid ones. I have a LOT of work to do.

Re: 1st Annual Dominic Annunziata Memorial Rendezvous -Farley State Marina, Atlantic

Great shots Rick! Looks like Valerie has the whole "depth of field" thing down pat. :)

Rick, Great pictures ....you and Ron did a truly outstanding job of putting the "get together" together....thanks from the Dillon's Creek crew.

Wedding photographer as a profession. It was one of the first things I noticed about her shots also.

Do you want me to put these up on SmugMug or do you just want to snag them off CSR?

Grant is getting you all the videos. Make sure you proof them first. There may be bad words in some.

Re: 1st Annual Dominic Annunziata Memorial Rendezvous -Farley State Marina, Atlantic

Frank
Thank you! It's truly a labor of love for us. Almost like planning a wedding. We had the band this year, we had a group of very talented photographers, 40 caterers, great weather and a gorgeous venue. We had favors and we all arrived by limo. All we needed was flowers and tuxes!

Yes, KUDOS to Grant and Valerie for being the "behind the scenes" people who did an awful lot of work for this thing while Rick and I were running around like two chickens without heads (is that a good "southernism?"). Grant got some great video that has to be edited, probably a bunch of stills too. Valerie truly knows her way around a camera. And Rick...he's like a Japenese tourist in Times Square (that's a yankee-ism).

Re: 1st Annual Dominic Annunziata Memorial Rendezvous -Farley State Marina, Atlantic

Rick
No need to upload to smug-whatever if I can right click these pix.

that would be ..."like chickens with their heads cut off"...

Hello Guys-

Val went ahead and posted the photos on a site she uses to share items with her clients. If others wanted to view (free) or download all of them in bulk (you have to setup a free account to download) you can do so by going to - http://valandsarah.pass.us/csr/ . Then click in the upper left hand corner menu (looks like 3 lines) and hit download all button.

Val is a Wedding photographer but she also does "Lifestyle Sessions" in which she comes and takes pictures of you in your natural routine or doing normal things you would normally do as a family but savoring the moments with pictures. If you want to book her for something here is her website. She had a great time getting to meet everyone, hanging out and shooting the event for us.

I'll post a few of my pics later I took on the way up and back. It was a another great year hanging out with everyone :)

Re: 1st Annual Dominic Annunziata Memorial Rendezvous -Farley State Marina, Atlantic

Great shots guys. The t-shirts look great. I'd love to see a close up shot. Anyway, it looks like you had a great time.

Look in your mail box at the end of the week. It isn't going to get any closer than that...

It was a good event. Glad you and the Mrs. enjoyed it.

Hopefully, Sea Ray VP Brad Anderson will see fit to send Ambassador Rusty Higgins over to your side of the country to see what can be done to keep you guys in the Sea Ray fold.

Done deal, spoke to Rusty an hour ago regarding times and accommodations.

Here we are pulling out of the slip at VA Beach, VA and leaving our regular cruising grounds..

We stopped to look into an IAC error (Idle Air Control) as we noticed one of the engines would shut off when put into idle. Pops had a spare so he put it on and kept moving along.

We made it to Baltimore Inner Harbor Marine Center for 2 days and went to Fogo De Chao too!

Met up with some of my Baltimore friends at a dueling piano bar called "Howl at the Moon"

Then we plowed through some rough Delaware Bay wash and even worse Atlantic Ocean seas to make it to Atlantic City.

We left Atlantic City on Sunday and started our trek back home but stopped in Annapolis for the night at "Ego Alley". Had a delicious dinner at Osteria 777 then some Ice Cream and eventually some a beer with Val at Middleton Tavern.

On our last day, Monday we stopped at Cape Charles, Eastern Shore VA for some food and the cheapest we found gas on this whole journey.

It was a great trip and had we had an awesome time meeting and catching up with everyone. Can't wait for next year!

Also - I am still compiling GoPro footage for Ron to use in a montage like video. So hopefully sometime soon we will have a nice video up :)
