1999 searay br 180 135hp 3.0litre mercruiser

Hi all,
excuse my ignorance but have recently purchased a 180br searay1999 with a 1999 3.0litre 135hp mercruiser my question is this a fresh water cooled motor? do i need to flush any coolant? i can't seem to find any video's on this particular model. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

It would not have come from the factory with FWC. You'll have to look at the engine to see if FWC was added and if it has a heat exchanger.

Google these various terms and you'll probably be able to figure it out.

It's also called "closed cooling".
