I suggest that you go to the www.searay.com site, and download the parts manual for your year and model. That will show you lots of stuff. I doubt that it changed location much between the 370 and 380, but maybe.
Mine is under the cushions of the mid cabin couch on the rear port side. Easy access.

Yes, it's under the mid cabin sofa. There is a drain in that area that drains into the ER.

So after this discussion, my mechanic who did the winterizing told me that the hot water heater is leaking, but don't worry about it until spring. I must be psychic.
