I've read a lot about how's to replace the tracks, I've even found the tracks at Teak Isle, but how in God's name do your remove the helm to get to the door to replace the upper/lower tracks. Steps/pictures greatly appreciated. Or anyone in the Tampa Bay area that does this kind of work.

A bunch of folks have read your question but it doesn't seem like you're getting anywhere. I don't have a 260 but I rebuilt the sliding companionway door on my boat myself. The best tools I can recommend are needle-nose pliers, a pair of hemostats and a very low profile screwdriver. If you PM me an e-mail or number, I can send you a few pictures.
