I just picked up a '99 bowrider 180 with the merc 3.0 over the weekend for a great price. Everything runs great, but sometimes it take a bit for the motor to start up. The spark plugs and wires needed changed, so I took care of that...someone also mentioned I should run some seafoam through the motor. I have done this to numerous cars, but never to a boat before. What is the best way to get this through the motor?..I have typically sucked it in through a vacuum line on my cars previously, but was told that adding some to a full tank of fuel would also be ok?
Thanks:thumbsup:
