1998 310 exhaust question

Im looking at a potential purchase of a 1998 310 Sea Ray. I know there have been some issues with exhaust and water ingestion. The motos were updated in 2006 to 350 Mags. Can anyone please tell me if this photo of the exhaust is considered the "upgraded" exhaust?
