Congratulations!! You don't have to provide numbers, but was the sale price to your liking? Do you think listing with a broker was helpful in finding a buyer?

I was happy with the sales price and sold it without the broker. Our contract specified if I sourced the buyer he was not to be paid and I handled the transaction.

It was the cockpit upholstery and shiny Corian table that sold it. :grin:
