1997 7.4L Blue water Spark plugs

Can any one tell me What Spark plugs to use in my 1997 7.4L M.P.I. Bluewater engines?
Also what the correct Gap is suppose to be.

There is a tag on top of your metal box that houses the computer and slave solenoid that should give you the gap. The spark plugs that I use is:
