1997 240 sundancer kicker mount options

I will be mounting a Merc 15hp 4stroke on my '97 240 Sundancer. Looking for ideas for bracket designs and options. It doesn't have an add on platform. Probably will mount motor on starboard side and relocate ladder to port to make entry and exit easier. Anyone done this mod? I can fabricate from stainless or aluminum and powdercoat when done if needed. Also I will Plumb fuel from main tank and am in need of ideas since this has a 5.7L efi Bravo III. Winter projects are such fun!

I will be following as I have a 1999 260 Sundancer. I was thinking about getting a 9.9 pro kicker with electric starting & tilt . Not sure if I should go 15 and if the swim grid can handle the weight
