1996 370 sundancer radar upgrade

Im looking for an upgrade from Raytheon RL9 radar to something with chart plotting & radar. Any suggestions

I installed Garmin 5212 large screen and the ability to hook-up lots of stuff!

I was in the same spot and we went with the Raymarine e97 with the RD418D. Our reasons for this choice were simple. I wanted easy intergration with existing components (autopilot and tri data) and proper function on the river. (all of our boating is on the upper mississippi). You can find post favoring each brand of radar/MFD/Chartplotter. For me touch screen was a must and the radar was added for a safety net in low visibility. I have been told over and over by other river boaters it is not needed. I knew I wanted a good chartplotter and the radar will pay for its self 10x over if it prevents one incident.
