Just acquired this boat. Does anyone know where the fresh water tank is and ho to access?

These older boats can be a real bugger to get clear manuals for. You can try contacting Searay directly. They've been pretty good in the past. I know it's not the same year as yours, but my '92's tank is under the aft berth. I had to pull some screws from the plywood underneath the cushions to access it.
And, Welcome from Idaho! If you would, please fill out your info, as it helps garner responses when people have a better idea what boat you have, and what powers it.

Thanks..We looked there but it there but it seemed like a solid sheet, no screws. Guess we have to look again. We got all the original manuals from previous owner, but no mention anywhere. We're in discovery mode at this point. A lot of hoses!

'Got a couple of pictures sitting in the entry of the aft berth looking back. The lid over the tank:

...and there's the tank. The water pump on my '92 is in the upper-right corner in this image.

Thanks everyone for the info. We got all the original manuals from the owner, but they treat an awful lot of stuff generically.
PS. Is there a dedicated thread for 300da's. I'm a little confused as to how these forums are mapped.

In the Forums section, under Sea Ray Boats, Sport Cruisers (where you psoted this) there is a thread titled 300 Sundancer Questions. It has some great tips for your boat and is worth the time to scan through from the begining. Here is the link. http://clubsearay.com/index.php?threads/300-sundancer-questions.458/unread

Thanks for the info. Just wondering why I can't post directly to that forum.

Oddly enough I just went there to check on (and verified) your concern. At the bottom of the page it told me that I couldn't post without being logged in which I was in a separate tab. I had to log in again in that thread, which I did and then made a post #1237. Can't explain it, but that's what happened.

OK so this is what I get at the bottom when I log in. No opportunity to make a new post within this forum.

Yes, I understand that, but there is no way to post a new thread within this specific forum.

Near the top of this page on the left, both above and below where it list the title of this THREAD, click on sport cruisers which is the FORUM that you started this THREAD in, then at the top right of that page you can click on POST A NEW THREAD to start a new THREAD in the sport cruisers FORUM.

I got it. I was hoping there would be a way to post directly to a 300DA forum or thread category. The procedure you describe only allows a post to go in to the general Sport Cruisers category. At last check there were some 450 posts to this forum with no way to sort out the ones for the 300.
