Alright everyone, I have a 1995 Sea Ray Sundancer 290 with twin 4.3lx mercruisers. Was having problems with my port side engine idling a little rough and backfiring around 2k rpms. Did all the typical steps. Finally did a compression test and my number 1 cylinder has zero compression . Now it's time to pull the engine. This will be my first time pulling a boat motor. Just wondering if anyone could give me any good tips or tricks to make the process a little easier. Thanks in advance!
