We have flourecent lights in the cabin ceiling over the galley/dinette area. Has anyone got a good led conversion idea?

Remove the old school florescent housings and install 12" LED style light bars. You can order online or Home Depot and Lowes carry in store simple models. They are on your AC branch so off the shelf lights will work.
