After a wonderful 8 seasons, we are putting our beloved 1994 Sea Ray 400 Express up for sale. This wonderfully designed and built vessel is ready to become a part of her next family.
The boat has under 1900 hours on her hull while the remanufactured 7.4 litre Mercruisers have approximately 200 hours since being rebuilt before the 2019 season. Many new parts were installed during the rebuild including: Edelbrock Marine Carburetors, all engine hoses, OEM manifolds, OEM risers, heat exchangers, oil coolers, transmission oil coolers, distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs and spark plug wires. The original sea water pumps and mechanical fuel pumps were replaced with crank driven sea water pumps for easier access and electric fuel pumps were installed to feed the new Edelbrock Marine Carburetors. While the engines were being rebuilt, the engine compartment was cleaned and painted and all sanitation hoses were replaced (except the hose between the head and the vacuum pump).
In addition to the engine work, the boat features new cockpit upholstery, new cockpit carpeting and a new foam mattress in the master stateroom (all within the past 3 seasons).
Other additional items to note are:

Groco Oil change pump installed (2019)
New stereo amplifier (2020)
Heating element and thermostat replaced on hot water heater (2021)
New Norcold Refrigerator (2017)
New Icemaker assembly for the SP-18 Icemaker (2020)
19” LCD TV in salon (2017)
24” LCD/DVD TV in master stateroom (2019)
TV mount, electrical outlet and coax cable plug added to radar arch in cockpit
New faucet in galley sink (2019)
New faucet in head sink (2021)
New faucet in shower (2021)
Lumitec Mirage dimmable white, red and blue LED lights installed in radar arch
Lumitec Mirage dimmable white and red LED lights installed in salon
All interior bulbs replaced with LEDs or updated LED fixture installed
