1993 Sea Ray 400 EC with Mercruiser 454's.

Boat spent it's entire life in the Great Lakes until Oct 2014 when it was trucked to Houston. Currently it is slipped at South Shore Marina on Clear Lake.

Boat was surveyed in June 2016 by a local surveyor and engines and generator also surveyed.

Currently the engines and generator have just over 700 hours since new. Canvas and interior are in excellent condition.

Price: $46,000

Looks very nice. I just moved to the Gulf Coast from California and I have been shopping a lot of boats. Take a look at Yachtworld. ha bot appears to be priced very well

Good luck.

That's exactly like my last boat. Had it for 10 years and loved every minute of it. Great handling boat.

Good luck with your sale.

UPDATE:

Both engines serviced with new raw water impellers, oil change with filters, coolant flush and fill and new fuel filters.

Replaced manifolds and risers with new OEM Mercruiser parts using all new hardware. Replaced all oil coolers and transmission coolers with new.

She looks great! Good luck with the sale. Spring is near, so hopefully the buyers start coming out of hibernation.
