1993 290 Sundancer advice

I'm considering buying a local (Tn river) 2 owner 1993 Sundancer 290. Do you know of any areas of concern I need to look at closely? Here are some facts on the boat:
415 hours
Single 454, Bravo
Full Canvas
Heat/ AC
New Gen (1hr)
Trim Tabs

I have the "94 version of this, same equipment. I have never had an issue with this boat other than the ones I have caused myself, such as leaving it in salt water for 2 weeks with no bottom paint. That cost me. The overall build quality is excellent. It is rattle free and has had nothing more than routine maintenance which was always done by Marinemax using factory parts. Check the maintenance records if available to see if it was maintained by a Sea Ray dealer or some retard with a wrench. It makes a difference. Good boat, good luck.

Thanks "Offduty", that's what I like to hear. If the weather will cooperate, I'm hoping to to take it out for sea trial this week.
What is your cruise speed and rpm and what is your top speed and rpm? This will be my first single 454.
