1992-'94 Express Bridge

I have a 330 SD. The Admiral has expressed an interest in a '92-'94 EB with 3116 Cats showing 500 hours. I spoke with an owner of a later model ('98-'99). He had two "knocks" on the boat. He wishes he had done a better job of surveying the engines as he is out $18,000. for one replacement. Ouch! Also he needed to do some minor repairs to the trim tabs and said that they had to tear the boat apart just to get to them.
Would some of you who know this model please share your knowledge with me. Thank you!

We have '92 350 Express Bridge with twin Merc Gas Engines and truely enjoy it. A little more space than an Express style but it will still get up and go. Very comfortable from a living standpoint.
