After de winterizing, I have very little water flow or pressure on my hot water side. Cold flows very well. Lots of pressure.

make sure the relief valve is seated closed. If it was open you would likely have the pump continuously run as well, but our over pressure vent runs overboard so you’d never know if it was dumping out

the other test you could do is disconnect the cold water input line from the HWH and run the pump, see if you get good flow. Could be a blockage broke loose inside the tank

Is the hot water flow the same in the galley and the head/shower? The normal setup has a cold water line going into the hot water tank - then a line coming out for hot water.

How long did you keep the hot water faucet open? If they drained the hot water tank for winterization - and your using your fresh water pump - it could take several minutes for the hot water tank to fill back up. While its filling, you should get air hissing out of the faucet when you open it. If your on dock water - same deal with filling the tank, just takes a bit less give dock water has greater volume.

Only other thing I can think off off hand is a mixing valve could have been installed on the hot water outlet (mixes in cold water, keeping the max hot water temp you get lower, and constant). If that is rusted up, that might limit things.

As for a clog - perhaps only at the faucet themselves (the strainer). Everything else is 1/2” pipe.

What ever you do - do not turn on the hot water tank. Without water in there you will burn up the heating element.

If you cant get it working - send over a picture of the front of the tank so we can see how yours is setup.

Got it fixed. It had pressurized with air. I had to remove the hot water side to let the pressure off.

As asked above, what do you think the root cause was during your de-winterization? Did you open the relief valve and/or hot water faucets till a good stream of water came out? As long as you did that properly, that will get all the air out.
