1990 Regal 360 Commodore

I am looking at a 1990 Regal 360 Commodore as a 2nd boat to hang out on in Florida during the winter months.
Actual I am doing a sea trial on one next week.
Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated. Weaknesses, things to check, etc...

Friend of mine had one. It was built like a tank! He didn't baby it and it seemed to serve him quite well.

Good survey. Obviously have the surveyor really check out the stringers and transom. Regals are good boats but that is 30 years old.
