1990 280 vs. 1993 300 the same?

Does anyone know if the 1990 280 sundancer is the same as a 1993 300 sundancer? I know the interior layout is different, but are these two hulls the same displacement? Both of the boats Im looking at have the same 10'6 beam and both have 260 mercs. Help!!

Welcome to the site. The 280 and 300 from those years are differennt hulls altogether. The 300 is a little bigger, weighs a little more, and has 1 degree more deadrise. They are close though! The 300 had an optional layout with the galley on the port side like they are built now.

Jumping in a little late here, but didn't the sizing change in 1991?

I always thought that the 1990s were renamed 2 feet longer in 1991-1995. That's at least how it works for our '90 280WE. It is commonly listed as a 280/300, and I see people doing the same with their '90 330s, calling them 330/350s.
