1989 Sea Ray AC 380 - Fuse bank

I am new to boating. I cannot get the Nav lights, horn, dash lights or spot light to work. Nav light and other bulbs look fine. Could someone point me in the direction of the fuse bank? I opened the canvas panel below the console but did not see it there. Again, it is a 1989 Sea Ray Aft Cabin. Thank you!

There are some circuit breakers above the batteries on my 410 AC. Can't remember what they all were. Could be worth checking.

Thank you Flyer5 for your response. I have not checked there. I am going to the boat today and will check that. I suppose I was expecting a fuse bank to be under the bridge console. Thanks again!

I was up under my helm yesterday. There are 2 banks of glass fuses straight up laying on your back.

Thank you Flyer5. I found my bank of fuses. The bank on my boat is against the forward engine compartment bulkhead.
