1989 250 DA Water Intrusion

I have an 1989 250 DA and I have some water intrusion in the sub hull just forward of the cabin bilge. I have a suspicion that this is rain water intrusion that made its way forward of the cabin bilge somehow possibly from being stored with the bow slightly down. Water is clean with no smell. I pulled up the carpet a drilled some inspection holes. Directly infront of the cabin bilge/aft berth the foam is saturated. The stringer in the center is black and needs replaced. About 2 feet back in front of the bathroom door the foam is wet but subfloor plywood is just wet not rotten. Before I fully get into this job does anyone know if drawings of this particular (or even similar model) is available. It would be helpful to be able to locate all the stringers and determine how big a project this is going to be.
