1989 220 DA side vents

Anyone know how to get the original side vents out of a 1989 220 DA so I can replace them? Of course I've removed all the screws, but the vents won't budge and seem to be held in still. Can't view vents from inside easily.

If they are anything like the vents on my 300 weekender I just used a combo of a scraper, pick, hook, anything I could work up under the plastic to separate it from the fiberglass without cracking the vents or scratching anything visible. I didn't try a heat gun, maybe that is worth a shot if the situation is adhesive.
