I am curious if anyone has the measurements, patterns or blueprints for the bridge and cockpit enclosure. I am going to attack this project myself and just wondering if anyone has such a treasure that would probably save me some newbie frustrations of figuring it out myself lol
Thanks!

I probably should have posted this thread in classics huh....

There are no patterns. It is a meticulous , labor intensive project requiring acquired skills to get it right. If you are an above average DIY type, you may produce something workable. I am not trying to be a smart ass..lol. I have been doing marine canvas for 6 years and have been through the school of hard knocks. I have attended several weeks of classes to learn the trade.
I am not saying it's brain surgery, just realize there are "best practices" and methods to patterning and fabricating for a tight, leak proof, aesthetically pleasing result. It can be very frustrating at times. I had well over 60 hours on this enclosure (I also made the frames) and I know what I'm doing.

Thanks quint, yes Im second guessing this idea lol
As much as I would love to learn and do, as you said, With the rains, winds, hurricanes and sun here in Florida I need this done right and perfect and to last.
Thanks for making my mind up for me
What do you think im looking at to fully enclose the bridge and cockpit?
Do I use thickest possible for glass? The cockpit will be stowed away majority of the time. The bridge will be up 90% of the time.
Also how do you feel about doing all white?
Thank you again!

I would go with 30g glass. If you want white, go with Stamoid fabric. That is a lot of work. I am going to guess you will get bids from 7-10 grand.
